I went off the plan this week because I went off the Nicorette gum and was already off the cigs...so....I didn't stick to the plan so well. today I am fasting. will try to better next week.

Last two days my chocolate cravings have coincided with my stress level and I have been a fiend. I know my weight has shot up again...I can feel it. I have to get back in control. I got my feelings hurt from one of my volunteer organization and have decided to drop out of it...the animal shelter...I got my hands full with the keep pickens beautiful and the hospice volunteer organizations anyway. plus taking care of my disabled man...and that's got me stressed as he is fixing to be evicted and I donnt know whats gonna happen to him...which means Imna be out of work....uggg. not to mention I haven't been to the gym in three weeks. im a looser....:

Stressing to the max today and my food diary shows it. My schedule for the next 3 weeks is booked solid with no room to breath. I am worried sick about my patient who is now in forclosure and has no where to go and refuses to consider a nursing home....Im going without pay as he cant afford to pay his bills and his caregivers...I want to go back to Texas where my kids are...but don't know if I can find anything remotely close to the rent and privacy I have here....but I read a sign...Worry ends where faith begins....so I am trying to have faith....
