I have 3 kids, a 10 yr old son, 4 yr old son and our 3 yr old daughter. I have always struggled with my weight, 169 was my average but when I got pregnant with my first one I passed the I went over the 200 lbs. I finally have decided to make a change in for myself and to help my kids live a healthier lifestyle, I dont want them to have my weight struggles.
