I have continued to have fairly good compliance for N days, but wild weekends. My holidays haven't been back but I am ready to make the S days work now. I will have a late breakfast soon and commit to no eating again until I am legitimately hungry, but I may have sweets at these meals. I have also still not added any consistent exercise. I have high hopes for more success in 2011.

Because of having a little more structure to my weekends, I'm back to inching my way down. I've actually dropped lower than this at times, but I haven't stayed there consistently, so I'm reporting only the reduction that I believe I will sustain.

I finally had one good weekend last weekend that helped bring me down under 170. I have a knee injury that is holding me back from some exercising, but I think it will heal soon. I am doing some dance in prep for a short performance, but after that and rest, I will be able to do more. I will do floor exercise, too.

This is my average since I started at 185 lbs. I've actually weighed under 173 three days in a row, but the free eating on the weekends always drives the weight up a bit. I'm not ready to give up the freedom of the weekends yet. Although the weekdays aren't particularly hard, there is a little sense of feeling they aren't because I can always relax a bit on the weekend. I believe at some point it will start appealing to me more do have my weekends much like the week but with just a few snacks or one or two desserts. I'm not going to attempt to enforce this until after Mar. 21, the first day of spring. Even then, I may decide to extend the time, but the weekdays will stay the same.
Whoa, I just noticed that I weighed a few pounds less about a year ago. A feeling of fear shot through me. I had the sudden thought to push myself more to lose four pounds fast so I could not feel I had lost ground, but that might set off a spiral downwards. I'm not going to worry about it. In fact, as of next Thursday, I will have completed 3 rounds of 21-day streaks on No S. At that time, I'm going to take a 3-week break from weighing myself. I went for a few years not weighing myself, but I read that a great percentage of people who maintain their target weight loss weigh every day. However, I think it might be hanging me up a little, so I'm going to experiment a little. 'Course, I didn't say I wouldn't get out the tape measure or those size 10 pants.
