Two days in and almost 3 pounds down! I usually go up and down with these few pounds, so I am excited to get into the 100's! 5 more pounds and I am there!

Day two down! Going to bed with a head ache, but happy I made it through another day. I know it’s probably going to get tougher, but I am ready for change in my life. I’m gonna make this be the change in my life.

Just finished my first day of a Keto diet. So far, so good; however, I felt really full all day. It didn’t feel like a diet. Is this just my body adjusting to all the fat I am eating? Is this normal? When does the Keto Flu usually hit? I am worried about that!
