Retired from the Army about 20 years ago. Worked in Factories until my old injuries from the Army took their toll. Now work at a desk and it is not helpful for wieght control.

Thanks! I have been going the wrong direction the last week. gained about 1.5 lbs but not exactly sure what changed. Anyhow, thanks for the accecpting the "Buddy Request"

Do you lift weights
Yes 10 lb "Dumb Bells" 3 - 5 times a week 50 reps curls, 15 reps butterflies and 10 -15 overhead presses

too upset with my weight
And..... " muscle weights more that fat " lol They weight the same! They are both 1 pound. But Muscle is Denser than FAT! Muscle has a usefull purpose and muscle is normally better for us.
So if the "Weight is Moving" ... well I beleive you are going in the right direction!
