Question
I found that it was more difficult to stick to diets during my TOM but realized pretty quickly that it had more to do with my mind than my body. A couple of solutions I found were that when I craved salty things, I stuck to pickles or celery with nothing on it but salt. I also INCREASED the amount of water I drank--it seemed to help. Also I just got stubborn and quit giving in. Also, since working out actually relives stress and cramps, it made sense to exercise a bit more that week.
