Still holding my own but I can't seem to find the right groove. I did discover, when I tried on some new clothes, that even though I'm the same weight I am smaller than I was. I guess the exercise is paying off.

Well, I'm back on the diet and things are going pretty well. All the bouncing around is over and the weight is coming off--in ounces not pounds but at least it's progress. I am just going to accept that these last few pounds will come off a lot more slowly especially since I'm trying to create a lifestyle I can live with rather than a diet. The good news is that I tried on some clothes that were quite tight at this same weight 4 months ago and they fit wonderfully now--I guess while nothing was coming off, it was shifting and firming and that's almost better!

Once again, no good news on the weight. I guess it could be worse. I did do my first 5K last weekend--just walking but I finished 6 minutes better than I predicted, 3 minutes better than I had hoped.

Well, I'm still bouncing around that same number. I guess it could be worse but I'm so frustrated with myself. I think I'm going to have to change up my exercise routine and start writing down every bite of food again. I will get these last few pounds off by Christmas!
