My brother and his girlfriend visited. We had a nice dinner, but I ate way too much. I'm gonna try not to eat much this week. Nothing but veggies and fruit.

Okay, I finally went to the doctor today and found out that my last weight was actually 316 and not 350-360 like my mom said it was. I changed my starting weight to 319. It's more than I was last time but It's been awhile since I got weighed, so I could have actually gained wait but then lost some before now. Who knows? I don't care, it's a fresh start.
After going to the doctor, my mom and I went to the store. We got some fish and a lot of fruits and veggies. We even got olive oil instead of butter, which my mom rarely buys because it's so expinsive.
I'm excited because now that I know my real weight I can make mini goals for myself!

Went slightly over RDI yesterday. Someone had entered inaccurate info on a certain food item and I didn't realize until it was too late. Sometimes I wonder if people do that crap on purpose. Guess it aint a big deal tho.

I'm still doing pretty good I think. I'm still eating much less than I normally did and if I do eat something not so good for me, I still make sure not to go over my calorie limit. I'm going to the doctors soon to get weighed soon, so I can know my real weight.

I worked out for 20 minutes today. That's an improvement because I didn't do much for awhile, although I felt I could have gone a little longer. I did sort of like a "cat walk." I pretty much just walk back and forth across my living room floor for 20 minutes while listening to music. It's fun, I get to do it indoors where it's nice and warm, and no one can laugh at my fat jiggle (yay for privacy).
