I’ve gone off the rails this month. It all started with my vacation in the beginning on June where I went from counting calories to eating whatever I wanted and that mainly was carbs and sugar. I got home and haven’t stopped. Every single day I start off well and then the afternoon comes and I can’t stop eating everything in sight. I am waiting for the semaglutide shots to be shipped to me and have this mindset that I can binge now and enjoy myself and then the weight will come off once I start the shots again. My restraint is completely out the window. 10 pounds in a month. That’s a lot of binge eating! I have no self control right now. I don’t know how to stop myself

Since going off of semaglutide, my appetite has come back and I’m having trouble staying within my calorie allotment for the day. Trying to be more active to counterbalance but have put on 3 pounds in the last week or so. Maybe I should go back on the shots?
