New to the community!
I'm new to fatsecret too. I loved your post too. It fits me perfectly too. It seems I have always been on a diet or preoccupied with my weight. I too would love to weigh 145. I am 5'6" and 187. My goals right now are drinking more water and less diet coke-not as hard as I thought it would be. Exercise 30 min/3 days a week-doing good too. My biggest struggle is that I work 10+ hours/ day and I know I don't eat right. I'm a RN and run the operating rooms for a surgery center. I don't eat much during the day and then want to eat my entire house when I get home at night.
Good luck to you guys!! We can make this a lifestyle change-not "another diet".
