Still hanging in there at the same weight, maybe sometime I'll get over the "hump" and lose some more, but I already have tons of energy with the weight that I have lost, but would like to lose a little more yet.

Not gaining, not losing. I started jogging this last week, hopefully that will help lose a few pounds. I used to jog quite a bit, but have gotten out of it. Not the best week to start either, cuz it has been like 90 degrees! I'm eating "ok", cheating every now and then.

I'm going to go back to Phase 1, I'd like to drop a little more weight. I'm not gaining right now, but I am not losing either. Hopefully I can lose like 10 lbs or so.

I am cheating quite a bit and still losing weight just not really fast like before. I am exercising, but not tons and tons. This is a pretty awesome diet. I went shopping the other day to get a few new clothes to get me through summer. I didn't want to buy too many since I want to lose more weight. But all of my clothes before were so unflattering. It was nice to try stuff on and not have to choose XL sizes. This last weekend was a doozy for eating since we had our son's 4 year birthday and it was memorial day weekend too. Ate too many bars and had too many drinks. Gotta live sometime though!
