Ooops! Had a girl's weekend away. It was awesome and I needed it, but that meant snacks, snacks, and more snacks. Gotta get back on track (but I say that every weigh-in!).
I am getting a new Pilates video this week, hopefully that will motivate me.

My husband's birthday-had cake-lots of it!
Oh well, can't see it go to waste, but at least we didn't devour it over a couple days, it took the whole week! I also made some apple bars, I just had a craving because it is fall. I used whole wheat flour and they turned out delicious! I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. I started getting more of an exercise routine, I am trying to do 20 minutes of Pilates every night after the kids go to bed. I just feel like I need to be toned, I have some "jelly-like" spots still around my legs and tummy!

Okay, we sort of fell off the wagon over the summer so now I am being stricter with my foods. We kind of are doing a Phase 1/Phase 2 type thing now and I've lost a few more pounds. My new goal is 140 I think. I would really be happy with that and feel fit.

I have started an exercise plan this week now, hopefully I'll stick to it to get over the "hump" and lose 15 more pounds.
