Ok Today I start Phase 1 again!!!! If I had done this righ the first time I would not have to do it again. I am a bit depressed today for personal reasons. I hope I can get thru today .Will take teh spin class to lift my slef up but once i sleep and wake up tomrrow I know I will be fine. Just need to get thru today. We go to the beach on friday for the long week end... have been amking letnal soup n chicked burgers ( minus the buns) so I stay on the diet! My friends from work has lost 12 lbs. She really did follow the diet was livingon Ricotta cheese n baby tomatoes... anyway good for her.. she weights 270 so really need ot get down a bit...
if i lose 10 more pounds I iwll be happy.

This is day One I stuck to it inspite of my really bad day. I have entered everything I have eaten. I have written every move i have made. .Tomorrow i go to shop for some new stuff. PLease if someone reads this tell me if my lental soup is accepted in the south beach. I saulte onions n tomatoes in 2 tsps of oil. Add chicken , ginger garlic,lots of india spices,2 zucchinies, 12 oz of mushrroms n cook till tode. Also ad 1 cup of Red lental. This made I think 12 servings... let me know.. veggiyuks & imluvved!!!1'

I AM STILL HERE !!!! I know I was thins close to giving it all up but I am hear. Sticking with it! Have got a nasty Sinus infection and looks like might be coming down with a stomach bug ( the joys a being a preschool teacher)...Anyway I will weight my self only on saturday.. not going ot look at that darn scale!
I have added legumes. and Apple per day. Dropped the bread Anyway never liked bread. Ate 3 caramel girl scout cookies today... just desert.Puffin whats a myotape ???? Ok did a google on Myotape .. and found it... thanks for all the advise. I hope I am not driving all you guys crazy... But I know I can beat this weight things....

This week has been bad for me! I have not dropped a single pound. I was looking back at what I have been eating and the only thing I can think of is This last week I started eating Legumes & beans, one apple ( snack ) and one slice of bread. I think the legumes n beans is the problem! I think Iwas eating too many of them. I was making soucp and eating with these beans... I ate a whole slice of chocolate cake out of depression today. Right now I feel so sluggish n aweful! I think I iwll go back ot phase 1 tomorrow just to wah everything out. Thats it. Nothing more to say. I hope every one else is hanging in there n havign good results.

I decided to move to Phase 2 for 4 weeks. Will go back to Phase 1 if I do not accomplish my goal. I had a pretty good day until now at 9 pm after dinner I saw the chocolate brownie in hte fridge that I had bought home on friday from the teachers appreciation lunchon!!! I took two large bites until Ihad to give in the my nagging mind N put it right back in the box .I think i will eat it one bite a day... I am trying really hard to lose this fat belly... but I wish I had lost 14 lbs instead of only 8 !!!
