Did a detox with green and red juices this week, I know that most of this is water weight but now I´m back to my normal habits of eating well. hopefully December will be the month to reach the 165 pounds.

Hello December
yes, Hello December, usually I gain weight and I tend to over eat during this month of the year, but I´m decided to make it different this time, I´m planning to work out as many days as I can, I think I can enjoy the Holiday food but in a moderate way. I´m setting up my goal to loose 5 pounds this December, so by December 30th I should be on 168 pounds.

After a 20 days vacations, I gained 5 pounds. I know is not water weight, I know it was because I was careless and didn´t work out at all the last 2 weeks, now I´m not giving up I need to loose those 20 pounds, Even thou is December, I´m not going to stop my journey this whole month, I will work out and I´ll eat well most of the days, is time to go back on track, for this month my goal is to loose 7 pounds. so by December 30th I should weight 166 pounds.

4pounds more in 18 days. that´s what happens when you are on vacations and you are totally careless about what you are eating.
