Well...I have to say I am quite impressed with myself. I started exercising about a month ago and I have stuck with it - for once! I feel really good. I am so proud that I can jog now and I love doing the Zumba game I have.

I went shopping for some slacks the other day - unfortunately, I have to wear "dress" clothes to work. All of my clothes are just too big. When I started my journey in November I wore size 28 - right now I am between a 22 and 20 - the slacks I bought are size 20 - too tight for my liking to wear to work - but I know with time they will fit fine. I didn't take them back because I know I need them - so I will continue to wear the clothes that are just too big for now..LOL

I had been working out in the gym my workplace has - but with a lot of pondering I decided to join an Anytime Fitness Center with my bestfriend who has been going there for a couple months. Workouts are so much better when you have someone to do it with you.

Last week my mom wanted me to take her to the doctor to talk to him about starting a weightloss program. I guess I have motivated her to lose weight; she has been heavy all my life. I was shocked when he asked her how much she wanted to weigh and she said 150 pounds. I don't even know if I would know her! I hope she does well, she seems to be doing good this week.

I guess I better get started on supper - I know my husband and son have to be starving - but it was me time first ;)
