Another great day! My bestfriend and I did 30 minutes of step aerobics...it whipped our ass! Still pushed myself to do bike and treadmill.

OMG! I am do excited and proud of myself! I ran for 6 minutes today, I walked briskly for 20 afterwards...BUT I ran! I LOVE to run - it helps me clear my head :)
Just had to share :)
Now, gonna eat - hour long workouts afterwork wear me out and make me hungry!
