Today sucks. I am depressed so I eat. I eat crap. I started eating healthy 8 weeks ago and have done very well, losing 17 lbs all together but this past week and a half have been horrible. Eating whatever I want whenever I want. I have PMS, that has alot to do with it. I am just having a very bad day today. Ate fritos with cheese sauce, reeses PB cups, snickers!!! OMG!!! HELP!!!
