Not a good start to my thanksgivings
weekend :( super stressed=over eating.i started my day off great and had a veggie burger in a lettuce wrap for lunch but it all went down hill from there😭I think I didn’t eat my usual breakfast which is usually high in protein and now I’ve eaten a bag of chicharrones and started eating ice cream ( coconut milk ice cream ) but all I can think
Of is how I’m going to wreck my whole weekend. Gawd this is hard !!

Strawberries, blueberries, spinach, kale, cacao, flax seed and coconut milk. Also added a little it of strawberry yogurt with probiotics
