Day # 3 of FAT SMASH
So I am definately going threw coffee w/d's. I have a constant headache and I just don't feel like myself. I mean i know that driking coffee everyday isn't good, so i'm going to take this as a postitvie.Is anyone else going threw w/d's?????
I had an eggwhite omlette with tomatoes and a banana for breakfest and snack. And the company is ordering lunch for us today so i'm going to have a salad, and a veggie soup. Today i will be working out to my aerobics video. i don't know what is for dinner. but i'll see how i feel. Hope everyone is doing well. ****STAY FOCUSED , WE CAN DO THISSSSSS!!!!******

I am ready. Ready to change the way I eat, the way i feel, and of course the way i look. So i have gained about 80 pounds in the last 5 years. fresh out of high school to a working mom( my son is 3 now) with no time. I made dinner every night ( i am latina, so flava is a must). I tried weight wathchers , which really works, but i have'nt dedicated myself to anything. i was on w.w. for 2 weeks and lost 5 pounds! then i just went back to my bad habits.
I am starting Fat Smash today, and i have to admit i was a little reluctant when i smelled the smell of coffee brewing this morning.
If anything, not drinking coffee will be the hardest part. i drink a cup everyday, sometimes two.
On the other hand, i want to look and feel the way i used to. i am completely dedicated to this, to myself.
