Guten Morgen,
nach mehreren Essensabstürzen, Nervennahrungen usw. kein Wunder. ... es ist fast alles wieder drauf.... ich überlege mir was um mit Problemen richtig umzugehen vorallem nervlichen, immer Schokolade ist keine gute Lösung, nicht mal Lust auf Sport gehabt, einfach nur süßes essen.... was macht ihr so, wenn ihr nervlich angeschlagen seit bzw.
