Chili for lunch today, maybe scrambled, cheese and ham for dinner. Stomach is a little wobbly so taking it easy today until things sort themselves out. But down again is a good thing. March was a "hold" for like 3 weeks so if it catches up I won't be mad.

Down is down. Bought groceries that will fit in with the food goals for the week. Looking forward actually to the broccoli/cheese sauce (frozen) for a quick dinner one night. They were good. Also bought extra eggs and some bone in chicken (thinking baked one night and then chicken salad). Found low carb wraps buy 1 get one so looking at a stir fry wrap and mexican pizza. Still have green peppers and philly cheese steaks so maybe a philly cheese steak stuffed pepper. Lots of options as long as I actually cook them. Egg salad sounds good right now too but they're so expensive I hate to "waste" them that way.
PT was good yesterday, she upped my weights/resistance and I can definitely feel it. Probably going to do heat this afternoon to loosen it up again. She's pleased with my progress. Only one more shoulder to go lol. Next surgery looking at end of summer so I can be functional and comfortable for the holidays (plus I met my deductible for the year and almost there with the out of pocket so it'd be dumb not to do it this year...).

Well I'm officially out of bread, will intentionally not buy any now (eating down my surgery recovery stash towards low carb again). That means no more egg and ham sandwiches, I'll need to do scrambles again (still very tasty but less convenient for eating). I always feel better when I'm all the way "on", my body is less achy, it's just it takes a little more planning and less laziness lol.
Chili and scrambled eggs (separately) are the food plan for the day. And upping my fluids to help the GI slowdown issues from the meds. I struggle to remember to get it in although I always remember to drink my coffee...priorities I guess. :)

Made chili yesterday, used up some of the black beans I had canned on the shelf. Didn't have enough cumin but it tastes better today anyway. Ended up with enough for 5 quarts (some in the freezer). Thankfully I have sour cream...makes the difference.

Only took all freakin month lol. Medications be messing with me. Was hovering closer to 218-220 for weeks.
