I didn't realize it but today was my ninth day and I just wanted to weigh myself and I dropped five pounds!! I'm totally motivated to continue eating well. I'm actually going to detox for a few more days before adding meat bc I did have some slip ups. I hope if you're reading this you'll be motivated to continue on your diet. I can't wait to weigh in another week and to hear about other people on their way to a healthier and slimmer bod.
P.S. I'm looking for some buddies so we can motivate and encourage one another.

While my boyfriend and i are were out he got Mc Donalds I chose a salad but ate the chicken! Am i supposed to start the detox over? It's day three...

It's the second day of phase 1. I found the first day to be pretty difficult. I guess today is a ittle easier... I think I just think a lot about food when i'm at home.

I ate a boiled potato today, thinking it was ok in Phase I. Am I supposed to start over?
