Day 6- oatmeal for breakfast, 40 minute cardio workout, and lots of water. hope everyone is doing well!!

I finally worked out today after about a week... I did 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights. i know it doesn't make up for the entire week that i missed but i plan on hopping back on the wagon. Wishin all my fellow smashers energy for their workouts!

I weighed in to find that by day 4 of detox I lost 3 pounds. i know I'm not supposed to weigh in yet but since I started detox over and it's been awhile since I weighed myself, I had to do it. I am now more motivated to workout thanks to all of you. Just have to find the right time with my 4 month old "angel."

Lunch- had a veggie sandwich on whole wheat and a small orange. Ok,I really need some motivation on working out. I haven't done anything for about a week and I need to get back on track. Tips???
