God has it been an awful few weeks. I have pretty severe depression/anxiety disorder and while its usually pretty manageable, i went off into an out of control spiral for the last couple weeks. I am slowly pulling myself out of it and my emotional state right now is taking precedence over what im putting in my mouth. I have started bike riding at night with my hubby as a way to "destress" from the day and just have some time with him to talk without our little ears around :) Seems to be helping :)

So its only been a couple days, but i feel good about what i have been doing. I am not even worrying about exercise right now until i get my food back under control and am feeling confident with that- baby steps. 6 pounds in a few days might seem like a lot, but i know its almost all water rention from the salt and other junk I was eating before hand, so not to worry :) I know for me personally, i average about 2.5 pounds lost a week and I am happy with that number :)

Getting set to start over on Monday. With the wedding and honeymoon now behind me I am running out of excuses to keep putting this off and im not sure my jeans can afford for me to put it off any longer! lol So today I am taking the time to put a plan together and get myself really psyched about it. My first little goal is to get under 210 since that seems to be where i keep mentally sabatoging myself each time i hit that number! I need to figure out what that is about and get over that! I saw these neat scratch and sniff tshirts i liked- I think once i get through that 210 goal i will treat myself to one!
