I have been gaining weight. I attribute this to maily to not carrying out regular exercise by walking at least 60 minutes a day over the last two weeks. Also to a lesser extent not sticking to the diet with recommended foods.

Over the last four weeks my weight has increased by just over 2 Kg.

Weigh-in: 211.2 lb

lost so far: 31.3 lb

still to go: 12.8 lb

Haven't done much exercise this week, but have stuck to the diet with no weight change.

Managed to loose 0.4kg this week. Have had a couple oinges this week with eating two bags of chips, bier sticks, chocolates and buscuits.

Still doing a lot of walking - 90 + minutes per day.

Weigh-in: 205.5 lb

lost so far: 37.0 lb

still to go: 7.1 lb

Diet followed reasonably well
