Today I did pretty well, until my friend bought me some fries from McDonald's. They were irresistibly delicious. LOL. I am happy with the two pounds I have lost though! Next week I am going to start walking three miles on most days of the week. I have been drinking a LOT of green tea instead of eating. I hope it isn't too bad for me. There are 170 calories per bottle and I drink about 3 bottles daily. Perhaps I should replace one of those with water... hmmm

Didn't eat so well today. I worked all day at the end of the year cook out. That wasn't so good on my diet. I indulged on a few too many cookies. The hubby and I also had chinese food for dinner. I made a point to only eat the broccoli and a couple of bites of chicken out of the broccoli chicken I ordered. LOL. The wind here is CRAZY! While we were eating we watched it blow half the limbs off of a tree in a time span of about 2-5minutes!

I just ate a pancake on a stick with sugar syrup! I feel like a failure...
