Fell off the wagon !!! Gained back 5 lbs. yesssssss 5 lbs. But I’m pulling my big girl panties up and starting over today! Tuna for breakfast lol. Don’t laugh 😹. I go to work every morning at 4am so about 8 I break my fast. Today was protein morning so I grabbed a pouch of tuna on way out the door. It was delicious!!!! Lol

Weigh-in: 228.1 lb

lost so far: 31.9 lb

still to go: 28.1 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I’m at a stand still. Bouncing between 226 - 223 lbs and it’s driving me crazy. This Oklahoma weathers not helping! One day it’s 70 the next it’s in the 20’s. I’m either burning up or freezing lol. I crave comfort food when its cold and snacks when it’s hot. I’m a mess !!!! I feel like if I could just break down into 200 lbs I’d feel like I have really accomplished something and more geared up to head to my next goal of 180. I started out in November at 267. It’s been a slow process but I’m determined!!
