Im back
Just returned from a two week vacation in the sun, on the lake, in the pond, at a theme park and in the pool with my 4 grandchildren. Did not record anything, ate terrible, but stayed away from soda still and expected to have gained a little...**DID NOT** ! yay. looks like i actually lost .6 lbs anyways. ate pizza, lasagna, cheese, chips and beef and noodles with the family. I am amazed!
