Great day. Feel great, had a good day with some family and ate good foods. Drank all my water. Muscles sore from weights yesterday but not as bad as I thought. I can handle this. did some walking but heading to the gym for a bit. Hope you all had a great weekend.

Been in a rut..this the weight the scale at the gym says, I am going by it, mine jumps from 147-144 all day long, think mine is broken. Back on the 24 day challenge with advocare.

Have been at a standstill. Getting back on the plan, started the Advocare cleanse phase today, starting weight training at 1 with a sweet girl who has taken me under her wing. Have two other girls on this journey with me. We are expecting results in the next 10 days. SO excited! Fingers crossed

Worked till 2, went to the gym, did only 40 minutes on the arc trainer. Needed to get home and "clean house". Sometimes we need to make hard choices to make changes that need to be changed. Going away for work this weekend, but it will be fun and I can come back to peace in my home again! Havent lost anything this week unless that stupid scale is broken (HOPE)...starting new Monday!! Hope you are all having a great evening!

Did the Gym Sat and Sunday this weekend in between having the 3 year old granddaughter spend the night. (so fun by the way). Back to 9 hours on my feet today so no gym. Stressing at work and at home. Giving me headaches and feelings of the ickies. Worried that is why I am losing so slowly. I keep adjusting my calorie intake, when I lower it I do good for a few days and then get so tired I have to bring it back up, but i feel that the 1500 they say i need is too much and I feel huge again. AARRGG... frustrating. I just need to read more journals and see what is really working
