Was really tired this morning. It's been a trend since I started this diet. Usually sleep 6-8 hrs, now 8-10 hrs a nights. I try to go to bed earlier but that's not happening. I have too much stuff to do...good thing that there's only 4 morrow weeks of classes.

I had 990 calories yesterday, 5 g of sugar 38g total of carbs. I don't understand why I gained weight. This is lower than the last 3 days. So frustrating. I feel better though, lighter, knees don't hurt as much when I walk and climbing the stairs was a lot better. I can't get below 195lbs so I'm having a steak day today with 200 IU. I'm going to try my best today to stick to the apples. I might have to lock myself in my room...LOL

My weight has been steady this week. I was upset earlier this week but then I came to terms with my own neurotic behavior. I was only seeing the negative of how I'm not reaching my goal but I wasn't seeing that I lost 3.6 lbs in 2 weeks. Woohoo! yay me.
No hCG today so I was hungry slightly spastic today. And I just had one Atkins Endulgence peanut butter cup and chocolate covered coconut bar, one each with 3 glasses of water. I was really craving sweets but didn't want to cheat. I also went on a walk for the first time in 2 months because the weather has been so bad. Today's weather was amazing, 55F slight wind, clear sky with little puffy clouds everywhere. This is why I love Washington. And I'm going to enjoy every minute of the nice weather outside. The nice weather and walking got me motivated to go to the gym tomorrow even though I have an exam at 1200. I've made enough excuses over the last 3 months why I don't have time to go exercise...it's kick-my-ass-and-call-me-daisy-time! It's work out season people! It also helps that I am over my depression over breaking up with my boyfriend. I want him to drool at how hot I look with my new skinnier body when he sees me in May, when I go get my stuff from his apartment. I want to flaunt my newly fit body and it's going to be summer. I want to go to a lake, beach...somewhere warm where I can lay around and chill for a bit before I have to bust my butt on grad school applications later.
