I'm 81 yrs. old, have had 6 children and now live in a very rural area where I must mow an acre of ground. 1/2 on a sit down mower and 1/2 doing a walk behind. In addition, I try to walk 1 mile a day, but trying and doing are two different things. My healthcare of choice is Chiropractic, so consequently I don't need meds nor do I take any. I'm basically very holistic, as my "morning must" is my serving of Chlorella and Spirulina in a quart of water. Actually, I pretty much drink it most of the day. Unfortunately for me, I do snack rather than actually sitting down to a healthy meal. I have lost 16 lbs in the last year, which I seem to be able to keep off, but I'm at a standstill. I'd like to lose about 5 to 8 more and am having trouble doing that. Oh, my Image picture? Went skydiving for my 81st birthday!
