I am very thankful to be 194.... My goal is to get rid of 2 pounds a month. in 12 months it will be 24 pounds. I will do better.

End of the 2022 year::
Not making resolutions but will be making commitments.
Commitment (1) Wear a size 14 pants. (2) GET OFF FACEBOOK (3) Listen to more Music than sit and watch TV.

Went to the doctor 12-21-22. Good news I have not gain any weight.
Bad new, I have not lost any weight. New Day A New Beginning.

I went to the doctor today... My weight is 199. Happy that I am out of the 200's. Need all the help I can get to stay on track.... I don't want to quit on ME!!!
