ok I started this diet 2014 May I weigh 171.0.I lost about 30 pounds in 6-7 months then I stopped and my weight goes up and down but its not back where was and now I'm decided to go back on it. It's basically you eat protein keep it high and lower your carbs down I keep my carbs in the teens or 20 and I just watch what I eat and just drink a lot of water and me and my mom and sister have been on it at same time and we've lost over a hundred pounds altogether I have learned something That you have to be true to yourself to do this and I'm not going to say that you're not going to fall off the bandwagon and eat something but just make sure that you have your diet or whenever you want to call this in the back of your head you have a good day and keep pushing yourself to achieve your goal.
