I have started eating a keto diet and I could not be more pleased I have teetered back-and-forth with my weight for years trying to follow the food charts to keep up with every bit of food cam alories and nutrition and failed miserably four years I'm tired of failing I have tried this diet it works for me my blood sugar is perfect, 5.8 A1C, cholesterol perfectly normal and I'm losing weight I feel the best I have felt in years
