Come on scale!!! I am adding some hands weights when I walk my 2-3 miles/3 days a week. Maybe this will give it a push!!! Here I go! Great job to all of you for trying to improve your health!! Keep on pushing on!

Well, I am still losing weight, although slowly. My doctor is pleased, and says it is best to lose it slowly. Great job to everyone!!!

I am at a standstill with my weight right now as I am recovering from major colon surgery. I am still going to get right back in there as soon as I can. Not until after 7/7/15 (appt. with surgeon) Keep up the great work you all are doing! Hugs, Musicboxx

I haven't been on here in a while. I ended up having to have another emergency colon surgery. I have lost some more weight just from not being able to eat. Not how I wanted to lose it but now I am just trying to feel better and get well. I want to encourage all of you to keep doing great as you are, and thanks to you for being here for me too.
