I am a 50 something Nurse Manager(Matron) and have quite a busy time at work but I love it. I have now found enjoyment in exercising on the treadmill and the use of resistance band at home. I have to say that it did not cost that much but well worth it. My motivation to loose the last part of my weigh is the look on peoples faces when they have not seen me for a while!!!

I have now gone to 159!! and broke through 160's and waved good bye to 170 +++ All the hard work and exercise is paying off. It was worth buying the treadmill and exercise bands.
