Cooking for most of the day: Crock pot Chicken, S.Beach "smashed" potatoes, Pomegranate/Grapefruit salad with toasted walnuts and freshly made pomegranate vinaigrette. Plan to make crock pot chicken noodle soup and S.Beach spinach/egg cups later in the week. It may not sound like a lot, but all that "sous" chef cutting can take some time. Sweew!

Not too bad, but very short on water. Cookies bought to support a fund raiser, but did I have to eat them? I'm glad I gave away that third cookie!

A couple of binge days, no exercise, and voila! a little "weight" decides to move in. Hurray for today! calorie and mix of carb/fat/protein more in line. Yay!

good on calories, but still high on fat and carbs. Need to balance the protein content. Will plan this weekend so next week is awesome. I'm glad I've found some low carb, high protein recipes on this site! This week was too much eating out, which is a problem when trying to estimate nutritional values.
