I have been doing the Belly Fat Cure for about a month now. This past weeks has been pretty rough, a few slip ups but mostly on task. I have lost about 20 pounds and alot of inches. That has been a great feat seeing the inches lost, the pound number is ok but to see my clothes be baggy and close to not being able to fit them anymore says a lot. I amd very motivated to stick to this lifestyle change. I really am pushing myself to exercise more. I lost all of that weight from switching my eating habits not really exercise but my stamina has really improved. I can walk upstairs that I would get so winded before now it's just slightly heavy breathing when before I thought I would pass out..LOL I am really excited to see what my body is going to look like and wearing the clothes and styles that I love without feeling uncomfortable. My goal is to wear a 14 or 16 depending on which one I like the most, the weight really isn't a factor it's the clothing size. I'm ready to go!!!
