I currently weigh 189lbs. i would like to lose approx. 40 more lbs. I have eliminated coffee, and some carbs. I am on a workout plan that includes a lot of cardio, weight training and aerobics.

week 4
I am in week 4 of my diet. I 've lost 6lbs. I m on target to lose 24 lbs. before april 1st. I can't wait. I'm working out each morning and adding water to my diet.
