Finally decided to make a dr appt for my blood pressure. oh yeah, it's been jacked for long enough that my kidneys are very angry. preliminary tests show a thyroid issue. funny enough the symptoms of the thyroid issue and/or kidney issues are the same as perimenopause. go figure. getting the blood pressure under control before retesting for confirmation. Hopefully it'll impact my weight in addition to fixing everything else. a BP of 180/120 and a 55 bpm heart rate is NOT normal

Well? My daughters and I officially own a treadmill! perfect day too since it's rainy and blah. Normally we would just lay around but not today! Take that rainy day :)
