So disappointed! Gained 1/2 pound. Guess I'll cut out ALL cookies for the coming week and see what happens. I thought eliminating the 2 cookies I ate each morning after breakfast AND replacing a 200 calorie Kind bar (that I ate every day at work) with 14 almonds would count for something! Oh well.....

Wow! What a difference it makes when you actually take the time to write down your own recipe instead of pulling "something close" from the drop down menu! I made a tuna melt sandwich using my own tuna "recipe" but first recorded a store brand salad. When I finally recorded my own, it was 1/2 the calories and 4 times the protein!

Not a great day food-wise since I was at my great-niece's birthday party. Not too worried since it was one day and I can go back to sensible tomorrow

I'm so disappointed! Only down 1/2 pound this week. Since I was only down 1.5 the first week, I thought for sure I'd make it up and be down 1 full pound. Says it will take me 11 months to lose the next 23 pounds! I guess I wouldn't care so much if I didn't feel hungry all the time. I resolve to keep better track of how much water I'm drinking. That's got to help!
