I'm finding that some days it's hard to even stay standing for more than an hour, it has a lot to do with the weight I'm sure but also depression. I'm bipolar and I notice that depression has a lot more physical effects than people think. Forcing myself to do some type of exercise is actually helpful, but difficult at times with as much time as I have to spend behind a computer and the 4 hour classes at school which mostly involve sitting listening to a lecture.

I find eating right very difficult when I am stressed and/or fighting with someone. I eat what's available and not nearly often enough. I am trying to do 4-5 meals a day, about 300cals each. I think getting back on some kind of schedule after being sick will help.
