I am so angry and disappointed in myself for gaining this weight. I am going to have to work really hard to get it off. I know I can do it as I have done it before. Here goes nothing.....

I tried Atkins for 1 month and it just doesn't agree with me. Now I am going to try my own calorie counting diet. I hope this works for me!
