I am 37 years old and working on being in the best shape of my life. I reached a point a couple of years ago when I was 265 lbs and completely out of shape and I realized that I needed to do something. I lost most of the weight in under a year and have kept it off since. Recently I set a personal goal to get a six pack by summer and have had an extremely hard time losing the last five to ten pounds. I am not sure how much weight I need to loose but I have a visible four pack with the top two pretty defined, (just need to drop the fat around the lower area) so I will set my goal ten lbs for now and adjust it as needed. I am doing this to try and motivate and push myself to drop the last few pounds and finally achieve my goal.
