Okay here it is... This is my first journal entry and I dont know where to start. Well for starters I am looking forward to this Living Well Challenge. I feel like I need something to keep me focus. I was losing interest really fast when I have been dieting for the past two months with no results. Well what do I expect when I just do the Atkins diet and no exercise... fo figure. Then I really started losing more interest when I bought myself a treadmill and worked on it for a week and expexted to drop 1000 lbs...lol. I have to get into the mindset that it does take time for ur body to adjust. I am at the point where now I am tired of being out of shape and the fat girl out the bunch. But with this challenge I am focus man, because I know that there are others like me who is willing to fight the battle of the buldge.

So I have to find will power from within and motivation from other people to get this party started. I must say that mu willpower is stronger then i thought. Willpower is easy when u think u dont want to go shop in the big people's store anymore. Hope to find motivation in u guys as I can be a motivation to others. NOW LETS KICK THE FAT!
