This has not been a good week for me. Maybe I want so much in so lil time. I have to learn that patience is a virtue. In this day in age I think we all want that instant success and not dwell on that behind every success is hard work. Hopefully I will snap out of this funk I am in and get on the ball. I cant be supportive of others if I dont have the right frame of mind. So today is the first day to rejuvenate get the mind right as well as the body!

OMG
I cant believe that I have dropped 19 pounds within a week. I had followed the Atkins diet to a T. Also I did the twice a day workout thing too. But like in my last entry I was told that I maybe carrying alot of water so for the past week I have been taking water pills. So I believe thats where the big weight loss come in. I am excited because it makes me feel like my goal is reachable. Its crazy because I dont see a change in my body physically. But with that it makes me want me and work out more. I dont know if taking watwer pills is the right thing to do or if its healthy. I think its okay just as long as u dont abuse it. Other than that I feel good still my mouth is wide open from shock.

Okay here it is.... I have a confession. I was told by a couple of people that I am carrying alot of water. So to try to get rid of it I have been taking water pills for the past week. I am a little nervous because I feel like I didnt lose anything and my weigh in is tomorrow. I know one day at a time...still I am a lil nervous.
Its funny I decided to run errands on the hottest day which is today. I hope to burn a lil something. I take everything I can get! I must admit that I had never been soo determined to get this weight off like I am right now.
OMG hot weather and flab just dont make a great combination. Hope all is well. I am looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. I have to think like Jesse Jackson and "KEEP HOPE ALIVE"

PHEW!!!!!! i was sooo discourage to go on the treadmill tonight I just didnt have the energy. Luckily my mom who is my rock reminded me of my goals and just like my hero said YES I CAN. I felt good afterwards and I am glad I got that extra push. Its hard when u try to do it alone, and I am blessed to have people to motivate me when it is times when i am soo not motivated. Now I can go asleep with a smile on my face

I had i initially started out 5 pounds heavier so I lost more than recorded. I just bought me a scale so now I could really monitor it. Its raining now but I know after the rain there is always sunshine. I have to get that "I should lose 1000 pounds in one shot" and understand that it does take time. I am a little proud of myself but i know I could do better. The only thing I expect from this day forth is for the chart lines to go down down down. I WILL NOT SETTLE FOR LESS! This is the last summer that I will be this weight. Its to hot for it and i am definitely tired of carrying it around. Me and this bulk is seperating and is getting a DIVORCE!
