So, here's the deal: every time I lose weight, I am happy and proud. Most people would say that's a good thing, so why am I complaining? So here it is: some reason, subconciously, my mind sneaks in sweets or bad things when it can and my brain isn't paying attention enough to notice. You know, you have those moments where you forget you're trying to eat better? Then, out of no where, I start snacking on chocolate. After I consume the very thing that I worked off at the gym...I remember I was trying to do better. Is my brain and body not capable of being on the same page? Gosh, I sure hope they are soon, because until then, my "progress", isn't progressing so much. :(
