Woohoo! I broke through the 261.6 plateau today! Not by much, but it's still lower.
During my walk this morning, I found that I was getting lazy. When I was half way through my third lap of the neighbourhood I realized that I wasn't sweating yet. I picked up the pace for my fourth and fifth laps and pushed hard. I shaved 5 minutes off my usual time and worked up a good 'glow'.
I did my 75 squats as soon as I got home, and now I'm pooped. LOL
I'm actually surprised at the weightloss today as I kinda went nuts on snacks yesterday. Popcorn, cherries, a low fat ice cream bar. It's a good thing I had a salad for dinner (Sliced flank steak with bloody mary vinaigrette... YUM!).
Well, I'm off to do some tidying up. Have company coming tonight and tomorrow.

Cherries, glorious cherries! I am so thankful they are only 1g of carbs each! An easy way to kill my craving for sweet. Now I just need to be careful not to over do it, or I'll be spending all my time in the bathroom. (sorry, tmi)
After drinking gallons of water yesterday, and peeing like mad, I'm happy to report that I'm back down to 262. Now the trick is going to be to stay there, or go lower. I'm sick of yo-yo-ing around this weight.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a walk in this morning. I only got 3 hours sleep last night (insomnia and crazy dreams... that's what I get for reading about intrigues at the Russian court in the 1700s). I'm going to do my squats as soon as I'm done typing this... 70 today.
Not going to beat myself up for missing today's walk. It's one day. Tomorrow will be another day.
