I had my 5th baby (and my only girl 🥰) last year. Usually, I can drop the weight quickly, but this time, it was sticking around! In July, I decided to take my health into my own hands, and I began doing workouts, along with changing my diet up completely. I've seen a change in my body, my health, and my attitude! I still have days where I go back to old habits, but overall, I'm proud of how far I've come! 😊
