I’ve been making an effort to drink more water. Done well today, to well! No sleep tonight, going to be going to the loo every 10 minutes! Bollox.

This loss has been so difficult to achieve. Good friends are now concerned that I may be losing to much. They’re wrong, they’re just not used to seeing me like this. I feel healthier and fitter than I did 20 years ago. I am going to increase my calories a little whist it’s so dam cold. Currently on around 1000-1100 a day. I found by making the right choices you can eat a lot and stay within those calorific boundaries. I’ll shut up now 😂
